Something is happening to time. The past 10 years have been smashed together, all occurring in tandem on earth, in Heaven, and in the depths of Hell. The gates to Hell are open, Lucifer walks free, and Metatron has the tablet. The gates are closed, Lucifer is trapped, and Metatron is in hiding. Dead characters can live, living characters can die, and anything can happen.
SPOILERS ABOUND.
1. No duplicate characters. It can get too confusing; characters die throughout the seasons, but there can't be a living and dead version of the same character walking around. Be sure to check the claimed characters before choosing.
2. No extra Horsemen, Archangels, or Prophets. There are a limited number of these creatures available for plot reasons. If you're going to be a prophet, you must do 1 of the following: claim Kevin Tran or Chuck, or create a new prophet whose powers are dormant.
3. Limited character controlling. It's unusual, but some creatures have the ability to manipulate the thoughts and actions of others. Some of Azazel's children, for example, can control minds. The witches can create hexes that directly affect other characters. Djinn create fantasy realms for their victims inside their own heads. However, while plotting, these characters must have consent before performing these acts. They cannot alter another character's reality without them first agreeing that it will happen, though they don't have to discuss the details.
Those who take advantage of these abilities, don't ask consent, or shouldn't have the power, will be penalized and possibly banned. Always double check before performing the above acts.
4. No major events. There are a lot of things happening in Supernatural: zombie plagues, main characters dying, major players summoned, Heavenly wars raging, apocalypses starting, etc. Do not create plots that could affect the game play of others. At times, we'll have events that everyone can participate in--most of them canon--so please wait until then to create major changes.
5. Post anywhere. There are no off-limit boards, or boards you need special permission to access. Don't worry about not staying true to the Supernatural plot: for example, Bobby never died and went to the Garden in Heaven. Doesn't matter. On this forum, Bobby can have his own thread in the Garden and see his greatest wishes fulfilled while simultaneously being somewhere else. That's the beauty of the time smash earth is in.
6. Human characters can roam around. There are human cities where they can thrive alongside supernatural creatures and remain ignorant of their presence. There's nothing wrong with that.
7. Hashtag. This isn't really a rule, just a piece of useful information. You can use [HASH]hashtags in your post to tag people or subjects. When you click a hashtag, it leads you to a list of posts with that same tag.

You have to type
[HASH]wordgoeshere, not just #wordgoeshere. By the way, I used # in the [] and the plugin automatically changed it to HASH.
