The Four Horsemen of the Apocalypse entered the world when Lucifer was freed. They're not demons and don't have to possess humans to take human form. Each has a ring that lets them channel their power and are loyal only to their jobs. Their rings are their only vulnerability.
There are many types of ghosts. They're vulnerable to iron and salt, but can only be "killed" when their bodies are salted and burnt. If their issues are resolved, they will disappear.
1. Violent spirits: These spirits died violent deaths and are fueled by their rage. The longer they're trapped on earth, the angrier they grow. Here is a LINK to the ghosts of Supernatural.
2. Death omens: Though usually confused with violent spirits by unknowing people, they're only trying to warn those about to die. They warn the potential victims of the person who killed them.
3. Vengeful spirits: They're as angry as the violent spirits, but they stayed on earth for a purpose. They seek vengeance for their deaths or for their loved ones.

Ghouls live in graveyards and feed off of humans, dead or alive. They can change their appearance and have super strength
Hellhounds are commonly associated with the crossroads demons, and when the bill comes due they do the demon's bidding. The hellhounds drag the person's soul to hell. They're invisible except to the human they're hunting. They're strong and fast. In-game, these are more like pets than actual characters. Any demon can control one and use it in their threads, as long as anyone they attack knows it will happen beforehand.
Hunters are humans who know about the supernatural world and dedicated their lives to stopping demons, vampires, and other evils. Though they don't normally have powers, they have knowledge and weapons that can kill most supernatural creatures. Here is a LINK to the hunters of Supernatural.
The Leviathan are older than humans and angels, and they were trapped in purgatory for years. When possessing a human, their true form is only visible in the form of their toothy, circular mouths and forked tongues. Here is a LINK to the leviathan of Supernatural.

Prophets of the lord are human, and are protected by the archangels. They are born as prophets, but their powers aren't active until the right moment. Angels know the names of every prophet in the past, present, and future. Only 1 prophet can be active at a time, and it must be either Chuck or Kevin. You can be an inactive prophet/human in the meantime.
Reapers are the children of Death, one of the Four Horsemen. They can only be seen by those near death and can change their form. They can give and take life as they want, but there must be balanced (a life given for a life lost, and vice versa.) Here is a LINK to the reapers of Supernatural.
Skinwalkers can change their shape to that of an animal. If they're killed in their animal form, they'll revert back to their human form. They're vulnerable to silver, especially silver bullets.

Shapeshifters can change their form to any person they see in real life. To shift, they have to shed skin, teeth, hair, and nails, and it's painful. Once they've shifted into the shape of another person, they slowly gain that person's memories. They're stronger and faster than humans, and are vulnerable to silver.
Vampires are vulnerable to daylight and the blood of a dead man, have super strength, and live off the blood of humans. Most belong to a coven of some sort, and they live together in a nest. They can only be killed by beheading and the Colt. Here is a LINK to the vampires of Supernatural.
Witches form covens and practice black magic, using hex bags, spells, amulets, and the Book of Shadows. They commune with demons during their rituals, and--purposefully or unwittingly--sell their souls to the demon. The witches are human and can be killed in normal ways.
